Superior Transmission Shop

I dropped off my vehicle and was charged an initial diagnosis fee of 80.00 dollars. Come to find out 3 weeks later the Eddie the owner only test drive my vehicle, nothing else. I would continue to call and Eddie would say he'll get to it. After nothing being done for 3 weeks I decided to take me vehicle back. I requested a refund of my 80.00 dollars as well and he was reluctant, even found it funny I was asking for it back, his website even says free diagnostic. Horrible customer service, Eddie is a joke and would not recommend this place at all.

The Owner Edddie has to get 5 stars. He communicated with me very clear what my options were, gave me a price for said options and stuck with it the entire time. As issues occurred, I was well informed. Nobody wants to go see any mechanic, but these guys make it a much less strenuous process that customers can trust and feel safe with. So glad I was referred to his shop. No wonder Superior Transmission has been here for decades.

Horrible customer service, and the owner has the worst attitude. My car has been getting it's transmission "replaced" for 4 months, and every 2 weeks, he's been saying it's almost ready. Went to the shop last week to see my car almost get smashed by their shitty garage door. To add insult to injury, while the owner is working on your car for months, he's also listening to Andrew Tate and blue pill podcasts. This is a horrible place with horrible people who will just lie to you and damage your car further while still expecting you to pay for the damages. If the owner is reading this, QUIT YOUR JOB, YOU SUCK AT IT. I've also been reading some of these replies to these reviews, and Eddie, you are extremely unprofessional and you act like a kid who doesn't get his way when someone calls you out.

Superior transmission shop knows what they are doing! Very experienced mechanics. Owner Eddie communicated well with me. Definitely recommend their services to anyone. Junior the mechanic worked on my jeep and left it good as knew 😄 (give him a raise!!!)

Trans Am 455 4 years ago

I took my 4L60E transmission out of my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am to Eddie and his crew. I had lost fourth gear and third gear was already slipping pretty bad. When I arrived to the shop I was immediately welcomed by his son Junior. I explained to him my situation and he said no problem bring it in we'll take care of you. A few minutes later the owner Eddie showed up and immediately began to tear down the transmission so that he can pinpoint the problem. Sure enough the three and four clutches were shot and he showed me this physically. I left my transmission there and it only took him a couple days to get it completely rebuild with some performance upgrades. Needless to say Eddie and his crew did an excellent job on my transmission. Once everything was bolted back together again I test drove the car around the block and was amazed at the Quality of work Eddie did, the car was shifting a lot smoother than the original. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone that might need their service and I will be going back for some differential work!
